Volume, pack size, how often you take delivery and how far the truck goes all move the number, and a headline figure that ignores them is a figure we would have to walk back. What is Morning Star Fields?
We are a biocircular farm in Vero Beach, Florida, established in 2022 on a former 276-acre orange grove. We grow food the way nature does it best, with care, reuse and respect for the land.
What do you produce?
Fresh cage-free eggs are our main focus today. We are expanding to include 100% organic chicken manure fertiliser, hydroponic flowers, herbs and seasonal farm products. Every part of the farm works together in a biocircular system designed to make the most of every resource.
What does biocircular mean?
It means nothing goes to waste if we can help it. What the farm produces helps the farm right back — manure becomes fertiliser, egg wash water feeds the hydroponics, and greens grown on site go back into the hens' diet.
Do you use chemicals or antibiotics?
No. We keep things natural and simple. The old fashioned way works just fine.
Why are your eggs different?
Our eggs come from hens raised in state of the art facilities with certified humane care. They get fresh air, space to move and cage-free living. Happy hens, better eggs, that is the simple truth. The deep orange yolk colour comes from their diet, including marigolds and leafy greens grown on the farm.
Where do your eggs go, and how fresh are they?
We are based in Vero Beach. Our eggs are laid, packed and shipped within 48 hours. Right now we deliver B2B within about 250 miles across Florida, keeping it local so everything stays fresh and close to home.
How do I become a distributor or wholesale customer?

Can I visit the farm?
We are not open to the public at this time. We are focused on keeping the farm running smoothly and producing the best quality eggs and products for our partners.
Is it only a chicken farm?
Not at all. We have cows, goats, pigs, two dogs, a cat, and even a roaming alligator that is not part of the family but likes to hang around outside.
