Established in 2022, Morning Star Fields began as a hyper-sustainable agricultural venture on the outskirts of Vero Beach, Florida. The farm was built on the remnants of a 276-acre orange grove, and from the start the idea was to redefine how the land was used rather than simply replant it. Our mission is to revolutionise agriculture through modern engineering and ethical practices. We produce the highest quality farm products we can while minimising our environmental footprint and promoting animal welfare. In practice that means eggs that are laid, collected and packaged on our own family-owned farm, and a closed-loop BioCircular system where energy, water, nutrition and natural resources are reused rather than discarded. We have grown into one of Florida's most certified local farms. We hold Certified Humane (Raised & Handled), UEP Certified Cage-Free, SQF certification for food safety, Aleph Kosher certification and Prop 12 compliance. We are an NMSDC certified diverse supplier and a Fresh From Florida member. Those marks matter because a claim nobody inspects is not worth much to the buyer relying on it. The farm is run by dedicated farmers, ranchers and support staff who are passionate about what they do. We work hard every day to make sure our animals are well cared for and our crops are healthy and abundant, and we are proud to be part of the local farming community.
